Pictured above are actual MFI photos of the 8 Inch Lower Rail System that MFI manufactures from 6061 T-6 Aircraft Aluminum that is Harden Anodized Mil.Spec. Black to a Rockwell Hardness of "48 Rc". This product was designed for use on REAL WEAPONS but, can also fit airsoft bb guns too. In short these are NOT cheap Chinese / Foreign made POT METAL or Questionable Plastic rails commonly used on toys or airsoft bb guns.

Additionally ALL of our single lower rails are 100% to US Military Specification in regards to width. This means that our single rails are 100% Picatinny Compatible. This is VERY IMPORTANT as any owner of a quick release throw lever mounted accessory can tell you. Perhaps 90% of what is offered in airsoft and in the real weapons industry are NOT the correct width (most being too narrow) and thus will not properly lock up tight. Our rails are absolutely correct so any SWAN / Single Lever Throw Action accessory will properly fit tight to our rails. Finally ALL our Lower RIS are 100% manufactured here in the USA.

PLUG & PLAY LIVE WEAPONS APPLICATIONS:
As mentioned above MFI goes to great lengths to make sure that our product is made from the finest materials and custom machined on State of the Art CNC machines. This is because we provide these to Law Enforcement and Military World Wide. Our customers can NOT afford to use questionable or substandard product in a REAL WORLD TACTICAL APPLICATION as their lives depend on 100% RELIABLE PERFORMANCE. All our rails can be used on FULL AUTOMATIC WEAPONS as they are designed and tested to with stand the excessive heat and punishment that real world operators require.

The MFI rail is PLUG & PLAY and can also be fitted to any M16 variant with A2 upper and lower hand guards without any modification. That is right… just pop out your heat shields and bolt it on with the provided hardware in seconds. MFI lower rails are drilled and tapped to accept common / standard US 1/4 X 20 threaded bolts. We provide two counter sunk bolts that are specifically manufactured so as they drop in (but not through) the holes in the M16 hand guard and make minimal contact with the rail (so as not to protrude through the opposite side) yet still lock the rail solidly to the hand guard. Truly a plug and play accessory.

This is the MAJOR ADVANTAGE of the MFI design... Unlike Knights Armament RIS (or similar style) or even the M16 hand guards with molded rails. Our system is NOT RESTRICTED to a particular hand guard length. It is NOT PRODUCT SPECIFIC in any way. Thus you could move an 8" MFI Lower Rail from G3A4 to M16A2 to G3 SG-1 to Sniper Bolt Action Weapon and back again to the G3 in a matter of minutes. Thus allowing real world operators the greatest latitude to re-configure weapons systems on the fly as the mission requirements change.

Because of this Unique Universal Application MFI offers SPECIAL VOLUME DISCOUNTS to ANY customer. We even have a discount for a super low volume of 2 UNITS! We do this as we know 80% of our customers have more than 1 weapon. We not only wish the small dealer to be able to buy in small volume to test the market and make money quickly, but also give our first time future MFI valued customers a price break as well. PLUG & PLAY AIRSOFT BB GUN APPLICATIONS:

Unlike other airsoft manufactures, MFI has gone to great lengths to manufacture this rail system in such a way that you do NOT need to buy a special battery nor do you need to mount a battery externally. The MFI Rail System allows use of original Marui batteries in their originally designed interior locations.

Additionally MFI has made this rail easy to install on the Tokyo Marui M16A2 without the customer needing to drill any holes or glue anything on. Our rail fits in minutes WITHOUT modification to the hand guard. When you decide to transfer the rail to another gun there is no evidence of it every being on your airgun. In short: "You do not damage your original Marui parts by adding this accessory.

CUSTOM / MODIFICATION REQUIRED APPLICATIONS:

MFI tries to keep it as simple as possible. Simple means not only time saving but, also life saving. The more complex the product the more there is to go wrong in a real world application.

Simplicity means that the ONLY thing that is required for a customer to mount one of our lower rails to their weapon is to drill two holes in their hand guard. Most hand guards are plastic and relatively cheap and very available. Simply place the rail on the hand guard and mark the hole locations using the rail as a template and drill the holes. You can still use the existing and supplied bolts for attachment.

As you can also see from the above photos the rails can also be used as SIDE RAILS too. This does NOT require a gun smith to mount. All you need to do is drill 2 holes to accommodate the included hardware.
