We get over 100+ e-mail messages everyday. To better serve you please take the time to see if your questions are answered on our web site. We have begun revamping our entire web site to more easily provide information to you. With 150+ pages of information it is likely your questions are answered somewhere in there. If you are in a rush or just tired of looking... No problem just ask us. We fully understand that this is the fastest way to get an answer.

• Guns have detail information and color photos to assist you. Feel free to contact us to ask specific questions about specific product. In short do not request something like: "Tell me about the M4A1." Non-specific questions like this are usually referred to a web page. We love smart customers who realize that we have missed important information that they need to know before they purchase.

• When requesting information please reference what page or product you are talking about. Unfortunately we can not read your mind.

• Catalogs are free: Please remember to include your entire name and address.

• Yes you may request to be placed on special e-mail lists for specific product you are interested in. When new product or back orders are available you will be the first to be contacted.

• NO we do not send SPAM nor will we ever sell or hand over our e-mail list, invoices or mailing lists to anyone. This includes Federal Agencies (unless required by law... as in you bought a real fire from us). We would rather destroy these than have your privacy invaded.

• Sending SPAM or junk mail to us. We have absolutely no respect for you. You are scum of the earth. No matter what you are peddling we will not buy from you as a matter of principle. Remove us from your list. We will also mark your e-mail as to never respond to. Which means if you are a customer already and you send SPAM to us... You can find someone else to buy future product from. Your questions will not be answered as you have violated our trust.

OFFICE HOURS:

Because MFI / Action Performance comprise 6 different companies we are at times understaffed and may not be available to response to your telephone call. Leave a message and we will get back to you. Please speak clearly and slowly.

In general:

Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We are often in before and after these times for RND work. If we can we will answer the phone to assist you.

Saturdays and Sundays we are often in the shop and will take your call if we are not in the middle of something.

Orders must be received before 1:00 PM on day BEFORE the aforementioned date(s) in order to be shipped before we close.

This area is to inform you as to when the office will be closed. We work our employees hard and reward them with extensive paid vacation when we travel abroad on business. When we are scheduled to be closed we will post it here.

Just so there is absolutely “ NO CONFUSION IN THE MARKET PLACE” we have added this paragraph to clarify a number of points.

• MFI goes to great lengths and legal expense to research all INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR) of the real weapons manufactures to GUARANTY this we do not accidentally import / offer for sale any item this may be restricted by law or this violates IPR: Trademarks, Utility Patents, Design Patents, Copyright or Tradedress. Click here to better understand this issue and our method of removal. This applies to only valid / registered trademarks. We do not remove areas like “Law Enforcement Use Only” or other un-registered / not protected markings.

• MFI does NOT offer about 40% of what is available / manufactured in the airsoft community due to IPR violations or Federal Law. Even though you may see other want-to-be / shady / foreign (with no telephone numbers or address) airsoft vendors selling such items does NOT make it legal. You can buy drugs on the street too but, it does not make them legal.

• Trade names: These are for easy reference only and we do our best not to use the exact name or refer to it as similar, style or add disclaimer immediately following to assure this no one can possible mistake the items we sell for the real thing or this they have any relation to the real manufactures.

• None of these air guns are produced, endorsed or in any way related to the real firearm manufacturers. Although they may look similar to more famous models made by real firearms manufactures their are NOT related to the real weapons manufactures.

• All models shown are theatrical versions. All airsoft guns sold to non-DOC waiver holders are marked with "APPROVED" DOC orange markings. Buyers must be 21 years of age or older.

• MFI has been importing airsoft & live weapons since 1985 which makes us the oldest airsoft importer in the USA by more than 15 years over any other vendor. As our primary business is in the real firearms industry we are not only knowledgeable about air guns but, also about the real thing as well. Our expertise speaks for itself on every web page. MFI products are legally obtained and sold in accordance with all US Laws and Regulations. We do sell to the general public but, reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. (All NFA rules apply.)

• Enforcement of Federal Regulations as of 10-01-98 has led to the seizure and destruction of non pre-approved / smuggled airsoft product of unlicensed importers. Be assured this all MFI advertised product has been pre-approved, legally cleared through US Customs and sellable in the USA. Our entire product line is IN STOCK here in the USA and available for immediate delivery.

• As IPR issues and laws / regulations in regards to importation into the USA change everyday it is possible this we have missed a particular IPR. If you are the holder of an IPR this you feel maybe violated on our web site PLEASE contact us immediately. We will need to have the exact issued IPR reference number plus the date of issue and the type of IPR / category it falls under. If we see this there is any evidence of violation we will immediately remove the item in question from the web site, cease all sales of said item and open discussions as to the disposition of remaining product and possible royalties due the holder.
