NOTE: On credit card orders, if your billing address for the credit card is differant from your shipping address please provide your billing address. We verify all billing addresses prior to shipping, for your protection.

SPECIAL NOTE CODs: Due to the large number of unpaid returned COD packages (MFI is stuck paying S&H costs) the customer must prepay shipping costs and COD charge only. Product will be sent and you must have payment for product total only. As you will be required to get a money order / cashier's check in advance you must contact MFI to find out the exact amount of the product being sent.

To be absolutely clear on this matter: If you total order is $1000.00 which breaks out to $900.00 worth of product and $100.00 in shipping / COD costs. You will need to prepay $100.00 (that is non-refundable for any reason as this is a cost that we incur from sending the package). You will need to get a money order or cashier's check for the product total of $900.00.
